The fuel pump went out on our Ford Escape, we had AAA tow it to Future Auto Service on a Friday evening, we received a phone call firat thing Saturday morning to discuss the issues. They had many cars in front of ours and since we were in no rush agreed to diagnose on Monday. Received a call amd quote by 12 pm. stopped by and spoke with the office manager about the bill, they offered some discounts to help reduce the cost. Our vehicle was ready by 4 pm. Same day of diagnosis. They were great with communication and efficient with repair time. Strongly recommend.

Simply the best experience ever. This is the cleanest shop and office I’ve ever seen. We brought in our Aston Martin DBX for service and everything was handled in the absolute most professional and personal way ever. I recommend this amazing establishment to everyone !

Wonderful people from top to bottom. Top tier auto shop. Highly recommend this place. The advisor Mike is terrific and knowledgeable and super kind. The receptionist is very friendly and welcoming. I felt at home all the time. And the best is the owner. He is a problem solver and he doesn’t give up until you are satisfied. Big thanks to him I will never forget him and his help

Pretty pricey auto shop, but you get what you pay for. They have great customer service, do good work, and even have Saturday hours which is awesome. I took my older Sonata there for multiple services and was mostly satisfied every time. Just be aware they always charge on the highest end of whatever range google might tell you a service costs. They are very transparent about the costs before doing any work. I recommend to anyone in the Burbank area.

My old mechanic back in Massachusetts always took good care of me, letting me pay later sometimes, which set a high standard. When I arrived here, I knew I couldn't expect the exact same treatment, but I was optimistic. Thanks to excellent reviews on Google, I discovered Future Auto Service, and it turned out to be a fantastic choice. Right from the start, their team was responsive and helpful—explaining the process, clarifying hours, pricing, and diagnosing my 2014 Nissan Juke Turbo’s AC and oil change needs. Henry greeted me warmly outside when I arrived, and I felt immediately welcomed. He called me back with good news—the AC just needed recharging, and the oil change was complete. Since I live just three miles away, I asked if they could hold the car until the next morning. Henry kindly accommodated, allowing me to pick it up at 9 am the following day after I had walked back home. When I returned, Ashley(apologies if I got her name wrong) made me feel right at home, and Henry went above and beyond to ensure I felt valued. This kind of service truly makes a difference. I
